Horrible experience please take this location off it’s inside Dunkin’ Donuts. How they advertise something they don’t have for sell. They are not doing because they can’t make it neither. One of the stuff said they don’t know what a banana split is how is that possible???!
I ordered twice on DoorDash twice for the sundae kit thinking about doing something different for New Year’s Eve and these people twice messed up my Order how you advertise a sundae kit and don’t bring any of the items with it spent 44 dollar on this big disappointment let me nit get started on how they don’t even answer the phone
Not 24 hrs?
What’s the point of being open 24 hrs if you’re going to cancel door dash orders as soon as you receive the money? Lazy workers that barely work as is want to be even lazier.
Every single time we order from this Baskin Robbin’s, our order never comes correctly. Not sure the reason why, but it is frustrating and will not be getting ice cream here again. This has happened on 3 separate occasions.
