That establishment should close, the ice creams are melted and never have the flavors that are on the counter, the topins are old, the cones are thin and break quickly, they don't have jams of any flavor and. THE CRAZIEST THING IS THAT THE BANANA SPLIT has a cherry and when I asked the employee for one HE TOLD ME THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE !!! What and why are they in the photo and on the menu?
3rd time Ive come and these lazy 20 somthing kids tell me they have no ice cream cause it melted lol...The Ice cream mealted??? All of it...How is this still open?? I wish I had corporate number I would call them as well...Disgusting services
Horrible experience please take this location off it’s inside Dunkin’ Donuts. How they advertise something they don’t have for sell. They are not doing because they can’t make it neither. One of the stuff said they don’t know what a banana split is how is that possible???!
I ordered twice on DoorDash twice for the sundae kit thinking about doing something different for New Year’s Eve and these people twice messed up my Order how you advertise a sundae kit and don’t bring any of the items with it spent 44 dollar on this big disappointment let me nit get started on how they don’t even answer the phone
