They apparently decide to close the ice cream part of the store when ever they want. Came there 45 minutes before closing, and they said they put the ice cream downstairs. This is laziness and just sounds like they wanna close early. At least put in or hours that baskin robins closes early. Wouldnt have wasted my time or energy going there. Went to another baskin robins and guess what, they close at 8 and I came at 7:50 and they still gave me my milkshake. Hahahaha so funny
Kind, helpful, and amazing service. I had a great experience.
No one was at the counter, all the registers were closed i called out for someone who was in the back talking to someone else no one came up was standing there for about 5 minutes and left, as i got in my car i look in my rearview mirror finally saw someone at the front with his mask down biting his nails. Very bad service and just nasty
