Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service at this Baskin-Robbins is the worst I’ve ever seen. The staff had a horrible attitude from the moment we walked in—rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. They actually got angry at us for no reason at all, like we were bothering them just by being there. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in an ice cream shop. Definitely not coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Good service and very friendly
I had an amazing experience at Baskin-Robbins last Friday! The staff was super friendly, and the variety of ice cream flavors was impressive. There were so many good flavours it was hard to decide. I narrowed it down between the dairy free Oreo and the strawberry tres leches. One of the employees was kind enough to give me samples to try.
