Bad customer service I got a cake for 40) and she want yo charge me for a spoon and each spoon 1$ bad service no wonder why there is no costumer in the place

Horrible attitude from staff, no manners or anything, I'm waiting for my milkshake that I ordered and instead of handing it to me, she places it on the other side of the counter 10 ft away from where I am and gives a dirty look. If you are able, head to the Baskin-Robbins at Applewood Mall, opposite side of the highway from this location at the mall. Customer service is much better there and staff are very well mannered.
