Very bad service by the lady 13:30 on Sept 25th really different then other locations.

Bad customer service I got a cake for 40) and she want yo charge me for a spoon and each spoon 1$ bad service no wonder why there is no costumer in the place
I ordered an ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins for my son’s birthday, and it was absolutely perfect! The cake was so creamy, flavorful, and beautifully decorated.
