For some reason I had to pay before I could even talk through building my order, while the guy kept interrupting me. So after I paid I forgot to mention I wanted toppings then upon requesting hot fudge they looked at me like I was crazy. And then told me they didn’t have it, which would have drastically changed my order. This is why you order first and then pay. Just stupid.
Absolutely disgusting, old, dry, exposed hard iced ice cream. Get donuts or coffee if u want but please God no do not get the icecream i was craving the some old fashioned butter pecan it was dry old and tasted like nothing i told the man that served us he kindly agreed to change it for me then got the jamaica almond fudge and it was the same texture and taste wise. I wasted 4$ for nothing I asked for a waffle cone, not available, almonds and whipped cream? Not available. Waste of money and calories just pure disappointment ... read more
What a dump! This place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months! First, the employees are are unfriendly and would rather be on their phone than help customers. When I asked for an ice cream sundae, I was informed "we don't have those." How can you be a Baskin Robbins and not have toppings for sundaes when your menu boards list sundaes???
