It's obviously a company on its way to bankruptcy. The squalor, the misery of the service, the absence of actual products . It really makes you feel poor. As indeed America actually is.

Bring back reasonable pricing and the original Hand Packed container for less than $5.50. You will make more money that way. Also so stop you employees from being so cheap when it comes to hand packing the container.
