Worried after reading the negative reviews here, and after placing my cake order online. It turned out to be great - cake ready when I showed up and had a pleasant experience.
Service is very, very slow. Looks like the workers needs further training too many mistakes made on my order.
i ordered baskin robbins for pickup. when we got there, the doors were locked, despite the website saying it’s “24 hours”. i called twice, no answer. ruined my night and pissed me off.
This is probably the worst Baskin Robin's ever.They do not care about your order.They do not care about what you want.They do not care about anything I made an order and they delivered Something completely different from what I ordered And it looks completely unedible This place should close down and the owner should fire everyone that works there
Dead atmosphere with 1 employee. Service is horrible. It doesn't even take any app orders. Food is just sitting.
