If I could give zero stars, I will. It was my first visit to this baskin Robbin’s. The employee Ali is terrible. He made me wait more than 5 minutes to place and order and then gives me a nasty attitude. I cannot believe people can be so rude. Instead of being nice I waited so long. If you can’t do a customer service job go and work at a zoo with animals or in a morgue.
Horrible service. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Twice I ordered ice cream. I spent close to $60.00 on these orders and both time the wrong flavors were delivered. I tried calling and the phone just rings. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! Order at your own risk!!!!
constantly place an order - never get the order ever or its just the wrong items ordered icecream and got ice coffees instead - they claim constantly they "don't have icecream" somehow a place that's main selling point is icecream for some reason they never have it
placed a doordash order and did not received what I ordered. tried to call store and no answer. left message on voicemail and still no one called me back. I spent $65 to get whatever they wanted to send me and several very upset children. Will not order from them again... terrible service
