I am not one to write reviews but feel the oversight of reading orders incorrectly is very dangerous. This is my second time ordering with doordash with them and both orders were completely wrong. Todays order they sent a completely different flavor with a completely different sauce. Are allergies all of a sudden not important? I’ve ordered from this baskin robbins on uber eats and they offer every flavor under the sun on the app and yet they NEVER SEND THE CORECT FLAVORS and then I can’t get a refund. How ridiculous is that? Close this place down. It happens repeatedly. Either don’t offer any ice cream or figure out a way to offer what you have. Ordered chocolate and got some pink fruit flavor. The people at this location are either incompetent or intentionally mess up uber orders. I’ve ordered from here at least a dozen times and not once has an order been correct and missing multiple toppings or ice cream flavors. I’ve also had hair in 3 orders. Is everyone ok over there?! It’s not complicated.
I don't normally give reviews, but this was unnecessary bad customer service. I will be reporting further. I walked in and immediately I was treated with nasty attitude and bad customer service they decided right away that they didn't like me. I asked for my flavor and went to the cash register to use my free single scoop of ice cream. The QR code did not work so instead of telling me to try and do it online on the app, the cashier said "I'm taking this back, I'm not letting you get it".
