I don’t have any real complaints about the service—staff wasn’t rude or friendly, just indifferent. My issue is with the product. I went out of my way to visit this location because I was really craving sherbet, and what I got was horrible. It wasn’t creamy at all—instead, it was icy, like it had completely melted at some point and then been refrozen. The texture was awful, and the taste was just as bad. Worst (chocolate mint) milk shake I've ever had. The chocolate had a strange taste. The only redeeming quality was that their chocolate donut was good.
Literally the worst ice cream store in history. Most RUDE employees of any restaurant in history. This place should be CLOSED.
