I called to ask abt the thanks giving turkey cake bc i was planning to order it online. I asked a simple question if the cake melts easily because i will be taking it with me under the subway for 15-20mins and seems like none of the staffs could understand english and hung up on me. English is not my first language too and i also used to work in a restaurant, instead of trying to listen to what i say, they hung up. Thank you for that so now i could move on to a better place to get my thanks giving cake
I bought a pint of ice cream here from the freezer at the back. When I opened it 10 minutes later (outdoor temperature was 39 F) it was already melted and inedible.
DISHONEST!!! I ordered a double scoop - list price of $6.99 before taxes. I asked the counter staff the final amount - he stated “$8 dollars”. Hmmmm. I gave him $8. My math ain’t bad, but it does not make sense. He hesitated and did not open the register to put in the cash, but slowly closed the ice cream shelf display. I asked for a receipt. He then opened the register and returned me $0.39. He was DISHONEST
