The management needs to work on the new older guy’s behavior. Used to come here all the time but we stopped getting ice cream from here.

This place deserves zero stars for the terrible customer service. The current employees have all been great and their customer service is excellent, but the new guy - the older one is very rude and his customer service is enough to drain the greatness that the others possess. Went to this baskin robbin’s a few weeks ago with my bf and younger brother to buy a small ice cake and ice cream because of the heat. i went in and went to check out their ice cream cake and one of the employees came to the front of the counter and stared me down when it was clearly obvious i was checking the type of cakes they had.
