This supposed to be premium ice - cream. My boyfriend got me a pint had more ice & frost bites than ice cream. I should’ve stick to what I really love Cold Stone would never let me down like this,
Arrived at 9:15 pm and was turned away after entering. They said they were closed but I called ahead and looked online AND posted time on door say they do not close until 10pm. Pretty lame
Horrible! Stale cones! Bleh! Didn’t even want to finish my ice cream and I’m an ice cream addict!! Never returning! Never again! Wouldn’t recommend to a living soul!
Absolutely terrible customer service! Not sure how they stay in business. I ordered a cake 2 weeks before the date I needed it. I went to pick it up and they didn’t have it. They said I canceled the order, which was a lie I believe they forgot to make it. The manager wasn’t there. Had to deal with a teenager who had no idea what to do. She called the manager but she was unavailable. Then called the managers son. He also wasn’t available. She and I called around to other Baskin-Robbins to see if they had this type of cake.
