Blender been broken for a couple of days. And they still have not reimburse my money back from my basken order
Stopped by late and the selection they have is horrible and limited. The server was amazing though.
The absolute worst. Last time I went I ordered a sundae, the girl had to say “huh” to me about 20 times because she was on the phone in her earbud talking to someone the whole time, then they didn’t give me a spoon so I asked for one, the other worker said “uh I might have one”..like it was some weird request when i literally got an ice cream sundae. He then gave me a sampler spoon, one of the tiny ones you can’t even take a regular bite with. Almost every other time ive went they don’t have ANY of the flavors on their menu ... read more
Placed an order for my husbands birthday and was to be picked up in 48 hours tried to call and didn't get an answer and when we arrived at the pickup time it wasn't even ready.
Placed and order for my birthday and it said to pick it up in 2 days. I tried to call to make sure it was done/getting made but never got at answer. Couldn't even leave a voicemail since it's not set up. When I got there to pick it up it wasn't made had to wait another 2p min for it and by the time I got home the ice cream on it melted off. Took them 20 min to make a cake they had 48 hours for
