Met my family (from out of town) here to offer them their Easter baskets. And the staff was very helpful, good service and of course love baskin robbins ice cream, thans to Sean and Isabelle.
Had a pleasant time here at this location, keep In mind it's a Dunkin-Baskin Robins so they are doing both here. Staff were friendly, wasn't super fast but orders were correct. Hung out with the grandparents for the grandkids, and they didn't mind us at all. Icre cream was also quite tasty, nice place overall
They are always out of something at this location.
Our most recent visit was the same as previous times: always out of several items. They always have some excuse why they’re usually out of strawberry and hot fudge toppings. This time, regular spoons added to the list so they gave me a mini tasting spoon for my “sundae”. The scoops are usually ridiculously small - BR started making their scoop sizes smaller many years ago, though some BRs still give you your money’s worth. Why is this place still open? They never have anything in stock, anything. They extremely annoying and the ice cream tastes like an old freezer.
