It’s Mother’s Day, so I understand places can get busy, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case when we walked in. There were only two customers being helped, and after they got their items and left, we continued standing there for about 7 minutes without even being greeted. Meanwhile, four employees walked right past us multiple times, giving dirty looks instead of acknowledging us or offering assistance. It was extremely disappointing to feel so ignored and unwelcome that we eventually had to walk out without service.
Ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough sundae 1 of only 4 of the pre set options.. got 3 basic scoops of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream .. how can you forget the Carmel and hot fudge but remember the whipped cream?? Seems deliberate
I was charged a different price than what was on the box. False advertising!
