This is specifically about the Dunkin’ donuts. While we were in line at security we ordered ahead of time on the JFK shop/dine website. The website shows two locations, one before security, and one after security inside the Hudson News. I obviously order for the one after security, $30 for breakfast and drinks for 2. I’m waiting at the cash register for BR and the employees directly looks at me and proceeds to ignore me. I waited patiently for several minutes before asking her if she can take my order. She said I needed to get into the DK line…. She clearly saw me before and didn’t say anything. Incompetent staff. I ended up walking away.
