Waited 30 mins in drive through, and when i ask for the manage zack here doesn't have their number and doesnt even know his manager name, he is completely rude and even told me i can even get my ice cream or leave because he has already given his name and they have no phone numbers to anyone (not a manager, or owner, or even main office) noone should ever be treated like this never go to the baskinrobbins at 4971 S Dixie Hwy, Elizabethtown, KY 42701
Im sorry if other people love baskin robbins. But i went there and spent a ridiculous amount so everyone in the family could get their own freshly packed ice cream. When we got home the containers were not full like the pre packed are. Also the ice cream just tasted hoorrible. I wish i had spent the money on my fav ben n jerrys. Other than that i think this store needs another employee, one is just not enough for great service.
