I ordered a 60$ 9 inch ice cream cake gave me old cake .give me more ice cream then cake and cake was ver sloppy I showed them a picture and gave me very sloppy old cake and wrong color do not go here !!!!!!
Cones are always very fresh. I really like that.

ALL the employees at this location were extra friendly. Usually you get kids that don't enjoy their jobs and I get it. But this store seemed to have mature people there that wanted to be there. They made us feel cared about, enjoyed selling their product and took ownership in our experience. It was genuine and not fake. It feels corny, but this was by FAR the best BR experience we have ever had! We will be back! Thanks Canoga Park store #16347
Shadir was very professional and friendly. His customer Service was top tier. The wild n reckless is still Great. This is hands down my favorite BR location.
