They tell you one thing and then they call you a liar. I tried to use my favorite birthday scoop, I was told I couldn’t use any coupons because they are updating their system because the prices are going up because of what’s going on. Then I was accused of trying to get a free scoop of ice cream.

I ordered a banana split at Baskin Robbins in Platt Village and the employee started peeling the banana and cutting it, then placed three scoops of ice cream with some toppings on top — all without using gloves. We paid in cash, and for the next customer he did the same thing again. Very unhygienic.

From looking at the other reviews I'm not alone about overcharging. The owner charged me for a 1/2 sheet cake and it was only 1/3 size, the one in my pic was $42 (without the candles), poorly done cones decorations. The 1/3 sheet fudge crunch on their app is $40 with 6 cone decorations, my cake only had 2 cone decorations & was $42. How greedy to put less cones & charge more. The owner can't write "Birthday" well... and when I asked to see a sample of his writing he said that I was making a strange request & he had no sample... read more
