My wife and I went through the drive-through last night here at the Hartsville Location. Without really paying attention to the time, we did arrived with 5 minutes until they closed. We were greeted by the employee and asked for our order. I responded with "one moment, please" so I could look over the menu - (we don't have a BR near us.) Once I said this, the employee responded back "sir, you need to go ahead and order because we close at 9".
