Worst service and always starting to close up early. It's barely 7:50pm and they said they're "about to close" when they close at 9pm.
Stopped in just before 7pm on Saturday, after leaving the Balloon Classic. They were cleaning out the case & wouldn't serve us!? On a Saturday!? "We have to shut the case down to clean it for close." ...2 HOURS EARLY!?! Drove to another location who said that NO store is allowed to close 2 hours early...No wonder this place is so poorly rated. Piss poor service. No signage lit to signify BR is in Dunkin'. Seriously just had the worst banana split and another sundae I have ever seen in my life .. I can not believe they let that go out the door and I paid what I paid for it .. last time I order from there or ever go there
