This was my first time visiting this location and the experience surpassed my expectations! The environment was clean and beautiful, the staff was friendly and displayed fantastic customer service. Shout out to Saad and Valerie! There was so much variety to the ice cream flavors. I had a delicious strawberry cheesecake flavor and was given a generous amount to eat! Even the community of customers that visit the store are friendly and make you feel welcomed. I look forward my next visit!

Employee M. was very professional and kind. She washed her hands after coming from the stock room and before taking my order and making my 3 scoop Sundae, which she made with care. The ice cream shop is also very clean inside from the tops of counters to the floor. I recommend this Baskin and Robbins above all in the Gaithersburg and Germantown areas.
