I have visited this place 8 times since it opened. My favorite ice cream on the planet is BR Pralines & Cream, which by the way is the #2 ranked flavor of Baskin Robbins worldwide. I have only been able to get this flavor at this location 1 time in 8 visits. The rest of the time I just tell them to forget it and drive away. I've even gone in and spoken to the staff about this flavor and the girl was clueless as to why they never have it.

We made the same mistake twice please do not order holiday ice cream cakes from this Baskin Robbins. We ordered a Thanksgiving holiday ice cream cake in 2024 and the cake was late and came melted and did not resemble what they had advertised it would. The owner apologized apologized and said they would try to make things right. We made the mistake of giving them a second chance and ordered 2 holiday ice cream cakes for Easter of 2025. I have experienced a variety or rude and disrespectful employee’s but this young lady topped the cake.  Approached the counter to place my order and I see a young man just sitting behind the counter on his phone and says nothing to me. Then this young lady comes out from the back and first gives me a dirty look. She came to the counter and was like what do you want. The worst Baskin-Robbins I personally have been in my life. Service was horrible at best, Mgr.?, was combative and arguing with me about there mistakes on our order. Yes, I'm out of the cost of the double scoop of the cone. They gave me vanilla instead of what I ordered, which was butter pecan.I brang the cone back to the MGR or owner? He said, once it is in the cone, they did there job, and if I want the butter pecan ,I have to pay again for it. I politely left the scone on the counter and walked out.

BEWARE DOORDASH CUSTOMER/ DRIVERS. I am a doordash driver and never have I been treated with such disrespect by a bunch of teenagers that run the store and have no sense of management or good customer service. I received an order as a doordash driver to pick up a PREPAID doordash delivery order. This place on 72nd in Tacoma is so so so cheap on there scoops of ice cream .I know thee owner wants to make a buck..And shes there scooping it up . BUT come on... the ice cream isnt cheap.. Ask for a sundae.. 2 scoopes and you get baby baby scoopes.. I have been at other places and they ALL give great scoopes.. I am only going by being reasonable on what you pay for.. cutting corners to your customers isnt thee answer

You need to make clear ...when you buy the sundaes diy ..that you don't get cherries,whip cream ,bowls ,and napkins as advertised ..pad 45.00 doller for this deliver and had to go to the store to buy whip cream ,bowls ...buying for convenience of a trip at the park to have kids have a treat would be easter to just have go to the store my self.

Yesterday I went to BR in Carson City NV, because I received a coupon for my birthday for a scoop of ice cream. I asked the lady if they had a soft serve swirl and she said what? I repeated it and she kept saying what? So I showed her what I meant. She said no we don’t serve it. Then she asked cone or cup & I said cup please. Victoria,Texas I went in with my son to get a scoop and pulled my mask down so he can hear me and forgot to pull it up, the young girl working there must have a power trip cause she yelled at me in front of customers to pull it up very rudely , I'll never go back there again, their are plenty of other ice cream places, that want your business..
