Went to this Baskin Robbins with my boyfriend as we were passing through the area. They had at least 2 people working, but I saw a third walking in I assume to start their shift. When we got in, we were looking at the flavors of ice cream, and after about 3 mins, a girl walked over and said “yeah you can look around, but if you want to buy something you have to go through the drive through or place a mobile order”. I go there regularly because I love the cappuccino blast and this is the only store that has them near me. The customer service is terrible. First of all, three out of five times (literally) they either don't have the mix or the machine is broken. On the special occasions when they actually are able to make one for me, my order is NEVER right! I usually just take it because I'm so excited that they actually have them.
