Customer service, I guess they don't know what it is.
The guy employee was very rude to me & my mom. He rolled his eyes in front of us and gave us attitude the whole entire time. Really bad customer service from him. He really made us feel bad / uncomfortable.
Walk in yesterday place is very clean the worker was making cakes and she stop right away to attend me very professional excellent service.
came to buy ice cream today and this guy employee is very rude..he has friends in lobby and constantly going in and out of restroom and to the back where only employees go. He also gave free ice cream to his friends. Seems very careless about customers and besides no gloves or hair net..just so Unsanitary!! Won't be back just lost a customer
