Drive thru at night I received the worst customer service ever in my life. Tall young but not that young,overweight white lady with medium length brown hair. We visit this specific location often for the kids, typically easy due to the drive through. On multiple occasions they’ve been out of flavors and have let us know prior to checking out. No big deal. Today we ordered our things, special edition for Halloween. The kids were excited for their wizard ice cream. We got to the window, went to pay, and the lady informed us they did not have any of the toppings for the ice cream (sprinkles and a cookie hat). Don't spend your money here. Not worth it. Ordered a 2 scoop sundae and only got 1 scoop, the shake we ordered was more milk than ice cream and tasted like they used spoiled milk. I won't be going back.
It was great customer service. Alexa was very kind to me and awesome and I would come back because of the experience I had.
