Great ice cream, great service. What's nice is that you can also get coffee, as it's connected to the Dunkin Donuts
Terrible service… they don even deserve a 1star but whatever and there way over priced literally one scoop there is 6 dollars. Like? So I decided to go to (Pina-Smoothie ) Which is also in Ramona and way better service ! Way better prices to!
Drive thru at night I received the worst customer service ever in my life. Tall young but not that young,overweight white lady with medium length brown hair. Rude from the very beginning.She was very irritated over my order because I forgot to say what flavor. We visit this specific location often for the kids, typically easy due to the drive through. On multiple occasions they’ve been out of flavors and have let us know prior to checking out. No big deal. Today we ordered our things, special edition for Halloween. The kids were excited for their wizard ice cream. We got to the window, went to pay, and the lady informed us they did not have any of the toppings for the ice cream (sprinkles and a cookie hat).
