Service was quick, the store was spotless, and parking was easy. The ice cream was excellent, and the portions were very generous. Great experience all around. We’ll definitely be back! The entire team was friendly, helpful, and incredibly efficient. Zach is an absolute superstar. Somebody give this man a raise!

I’ve been to a lot of ice cream shops, and the Baskin-Robbins in East Dearborn is by far the best! The ice cream is always fresh, delicious, and they have an amazing selection of flavors. The service is incredibly fast, even when they’re busy, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The store is spotless and very well maintained, which makes the whole experience even better. Placed my Ice cream order at the drive thru, staff was friendly and helpful. The sherbert was great.
Drive through only after 10pm, but there wasn't a menu listing what flavors they offered so ordering was a bit chaotic. But the workers did a good job working through the challenges to get our large order.
