O customer service and employees are on AirPods all the time
Workers are all young kids who just stand around and don't even acknowledge you. They are too busy talking and flirting with each other. They tell you to wait as they finish their conversations. No manager or supervisor watching over the workers. When purchasing ice cream that is prepackaged from the cooler, they dont even bag the products you buy. You literally have to ask for a bag. I've been there 4 times and it's been the same everytime. Worst Baskin Robbins Ever. Never going back.
Worst place around, taste like trash bunch of kids joking around very unprofessional, threw away my whole drink couldn't stomach it
