Well for one, every time I make an online order it’s never ready !! I get it if y'all our busy but not even that , it take’s 30 secs to fix a scoop or 2 of ice cream. Secondly, yall business hours our from 5–10 so y are yall not selling it til 11 am?? I’m confused then saying I have to do a refund when I can just wait til 11 is crazy !! Fix yall hours so we won’t have a miscommunication. Nor do yall pick up the phone, yall anit never that busy.
Orderd off the door dash menu that is provided by the store. When the dasher arrived at the store they were out of all 3 flavors. Take them off DD if your out and don't waste my time or the dasher time. Never again will I order from you. DQ rules.....
