I've been coming to Baskin-Robin's for some time now and never had an issue with their service, but today as me and my son walked into their business, one of their employees walked ahead of us (coming back from his break I guess) went right over to help us, without washing HIS hands, that's was not ok, I usually don't complain right on the spot because I don't want them to feel humiliated in front of other customers or their fellow employees. He needs to focus.
Fast easy and service was great
The owner is so sweet! She always has a smile and does a great job scooping good portions of ice cream for you. Also, the prices are reasonable. We will be back!
Great customer service! The manager ( I believe his name was Pranav) was very friendly and helpful.
