Visited Sunday 6/14/26 at about 7PM. Chairs put up on table tops, hours say store is open until 9PM but appeared to be closing. Floors dirty with trash, trash on counter top near cash register. A bunch of the ice creams were near empty or removed from the case. "Drive thru" lane had cones blocking it so I guess that was closed? Ordered a medium milkshake with Chocolate Peanut Butter. Avoid ordering online from this place, ordered 3 scoops and 30 min later I had to call the manager to actually get the things done
They were nice and quick was in and out
Store manger doesn’t follow California state law to cash out below $15 store gift card. I’ll 1. Report to the Baskin Robbin’s cooperate 2. Report to the California consumer protection bureau to get it corrected.
