Came in at 9:08pm tonight, hours say open until 10:00pm on Tuesdays… a little under an hour left. We walked in and they were moping all the floors so couldn’t walk anywhere. They said they were about to close and I thought that meant make it quick. I asked for a scoop of chocolate and guy behind the counter looks down and I think he was on his phone and says “Oh, we don’t have chocolate.” I look into the coolers and there was no ice cream in them at all. Hours are wrong! Store closed at 9 pm, but google maps shows that they are open until 10. Please correct this!
This place is a dump. The sign doesn’t even work and its very smelly in there. don’t understand why people go here.
Employee was not welcoming at all, didn’t offer any samples or even talk until we were at the register. Additionally they were missing many flavors, worker skimped on the scoop and the topping, and he neglected to inform us of the 31% discount when you download the app on the 31st of a month. Tables were dirty and floor was sticky. Ice cream was alright. Very disappointing.
