The staff heavily pushed the waffle bowl product on me and my good Buddy. With repeated disinterest to this (in my opinion over priced) waffle bowl, they kept trying to convince us that our life would be filled with sorrow if we didn’t buy the waffle bowl. We said multiple we didn’t want it and just wanted normal bowls, normal ice cream, normal lives. The ice cream was definitely good 2 stars
Always fresh! The staff here is awesome, and who can beat BR 31 ice cream on a hot, or cold day??? Edit: We've been coming to this location for 20+ years, staff have come and gone but their service has been impeccable!
Excellent service. The best ice cream you will ever experience imo. Worth every dollar!
Ridiculous. Asked for a tiny sprinkle of sprinkles on a kids’ scoop and got charged $2. That’s pure greed. Won’t be back.
