This is the best baskin robbins I have ever went to! First of all, there ice cream and cakes are so good. Second of all. The staff are very kind. And last but not least, the place very clean. This is how I spent my time here!
The two female staff members were extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout our interaction. Their attitude demonstrated a lack of basic customer-service standards and significantly affected our overall experience. I hope management takes this complaint seriously, reviews the situation, and takes appropriate steps to ensure customers are treated with professionalism and respect.
The staff was extremely arrogant and seemed to have very little understanding of how to treat customers properly. Their behavior was disrespectful and completely spoiled the overall experience. If you don’t want to work, it’s better to step away rather than ruin someone else’s experience. The way we were treated was unacceptable and genuinely concerning. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue with the staff.
The staff is very rude and they don’t know how to speak to customers. Really needs to work on it.
I love BR so muchhhhhhhh however after several times of visiting the store the lady on duty yesterday was rude to me and spoke in a language i didn’t understand nonetheless i will be revisiting as she cannot spoil my love for the icecream
