I ordered the pickup order and reached on time according to estimate time schedule for pickup. I asked the ice cream they mentioned they don’t have it, did not provide the lid and spoon also I had to asked for it . Instead of small ice cream spoon the staff gave me big spoon.
Took my family of 6 out for ice cream, well I tried to take them out for ice cream. We stood there, no one else in the store, waiting for someone to take our order out of the three employees. We were never even acknowledged as being in the store. What a joke. I highly recommend going on down to DQ. Great service there.
I stopped by my favorite Baskin-Robbins and had a wonderful experience. Isaiah carefully prepared our drinks, and Amarah and Shanna were also very friendly and helpful. The whole team made us feel welcome, and my family and I truly enjoyed our time there. We’ll definitely be back!
