Ice cream was severely melted and couldn’t really even be scooped appropriately. Asked for cherries received strawberries and they looked gross/expired. Out of Caramel topping. Ordered Boston Cream donut and got something else in the bag. Feels like this BR/Dunkin is at that giving up stage of running a business.
NO WORDS didn’t get what I ordered. Cashier can’t count and the attitude is just out of this world.
I’ve cream is delicious and they have great costumer service and manners!
They should stop selling anything with hot fudge at this location cause they neverrr have hot fudge, Why have anything on the menu that you never have? Makes no sense to me.
