Very poor customer service I had one worker came from out the store to argue with me I was in the drive thru. I had just pull up and have gotten an important call I said give me just a moment to order then he said okay. he didn't even wait he just came out the back door shouting and cursing like a crazy person. Staff told us they did not have the ingredients to make a shake even though we could clearly see the ice cream in the display case. When we politely questioned this, the employee was unable to specify which “ingredients” were missing, which made the explanation feel dismissive and untruthful. It felt as though they simply did not want to make something they considered complicated, rather than genuinely lacking supplies.
