Great customer service and exceptional service, kind , friendly and all the above words cannot explain the top tier service jahmeisha & staff went beyond to satisfy my experience with choosing the variety of flavors taste the recommended brand and overall made me come right back to shop indeed I deeply am appreciative for this store all stars indeed keep it up team
I show up 15 min before closing time and the doors were already locked, I just wanted to pick up an Oreo cake
Ice cream was severely melted and couldn’t really even be scooped appropriately. Asked for cherries received strawberries and they looked gross/expired. Out of Caramel topping. Ordered Boston Cream donut and got something else in the bag. Feels like this BR/Dunkin is at that giving up stage of running a business.
NO WORDS didn’t get what I ordered. Cashier can’t count and the attitude is just out of this world.
