I wait almost 15 min and the customer came and they got their stufff. I asked my coffee, they said you didn’t get it, I said No, I waited again,then I have to go I requested to cancel my order cashier told me If I use the counter they can not cancel order, They did not say sorry..I couldn’t wait 20 min a cup of coffee, so I had to go without money and coffee .
I like
They don’t do hand packed ice cream even though their signage says so. The gentlemen behind the counter said that the only to go options are the prepacked quart size in the freezer which didn’t have the flavor I wanted.
