The staff don't like their jobs there. They should consider getting one where customer service is obsolete. Because they made our family outing, a bad one.
The tall white or Hispanic girl is for sure racist. Choose to go start washing dishes instead of helping us. Baskin Robin's should be embarrassed to have someone representing their brand in this way. The job isn't hard and they are not even good at it. No customer service skills whatsoever. People like this always get what they deserve, and it's just a matter of time. Baskin robins wants to hire trash like this. Trash gets old, and eventually, it starts to smell. Something smells a foul at this location.
Hello, I've been going to this B.R. for many years, since high school. Lately when I go in the employees look at you like you're bothering them. I just went in tonight and it was horrible service. Know one looks at you, barely talk, short with you and this isn't the first time. There is only one young man there who is always nice, but I haven't seen him lately. For now on, I'll be going to the other B.R. Connected to Togo's in North Natomas! Even my 6 yr old noticed them acting nasty towards us. Rude customer service!!
Went in around 3:15pm on march 1st 2025 and I wanted to try some samples before I buy the product esp bc I’m pregnant but they tell me “only 3 samples per customer” then ignore me when I ask for where I put the used spoon. Then when I bring a barcode for them to scan she refuses to scan it and tells me to enter it manually. I had to spend 5 minutes ordering it for pick up online while my ice cream melted. Not to mention she gave me a kids scoop inside of the single scoop. Worst customer service I have ever gotten.
