This picture shows how different workers are greedy with thinngs that are not there. I laughed so hard when i saw this disrespect sundae. Basically got a sundae for a 10 year old
I ordered a custom ice cream cake, very happy with the final result. Service was great, cake was ready on time.
Came in on Mother's Day for a cake pick up and it was very busy. There was only one employee and she had such a positive attitude. My order was not ready but they went out of their way to ensure I received it. Thank you to the employee working in the store and the one who called me to ensure I received my order.
I bought this from their ready fridge. Packaging said it was chocolate ice cream with vanilla cake even upon asking the cashier he confirmed. Frosting was pink, inside ice cream was mint, and cake chocolate. Totally wrong!! I’m mad I didn’t ask for receipt to return this I felt I didn’t need to worry. The packaging could have been switched because it wasn’t selling so be careful!!
