Horrible service! We just stopped by today and ordered 1 single scoop of Oreo, 1 single scoop of cookie dough, 1 double scoop of cookie dough and an Oreo shake. Upon arriving to the window, the man charged us then gave us our ice cream, the Oreo scoop and milkshake were correct, but the single and double scoop we could tell right away were the wrong flavor. Come in to get ice cream with the kiddos, no one comes over to the ice cream side, so i asked if it was closed, guy says no, you pay first. What? Why would i pay first before picking out my ice cream and the toppings my kids want? Guy was lazy! We left, took my business elsewhere.
Horrible service, the employees look like they r on drugs
THESE EMPLOYEES ARE HORROBLE. They don’t know how to treat people. I asked if they know Spanish so my dad could order their own things and they say yes but everything they said was in spanish. And I asked for 4 items and they only gave me one, I said that I asked for 4 and the girl said “no didn’t 💀” like girl I did if u didn’t hear is ur fault and as ur job u can just give 2 more and that’s all bc I’m paying for it. If u don know how to be a good employee idek why u working 🤷🏻♀️
Order was canceled nearly an hour afterwards because it's NOT 24 hours as stated online..
