What I ordered vs what I got
The kid that took my order only gave me supposedly two scoops with strawberries and peanuts. No peanuts no strawberries. He couldn't get the order correctly. I had to mention it several times. I took a picture of the poor order. I threw it away after paying almost $8
I wanted a shake he shows me the camera that there drive thru is backed up so what happens to the in store customer is horrible they’re very rude not the first time I don’t know why I returned . Also called corporate office and there no better then the store. Feel sorry for y’all won’t be long before you realize customer satisfaction. Look at this store’s reviews !!!!!!
Good service, runny milkshake. I’m sure the ratio was not followed. It’s pretty much milk
