When I arrived at 9:30 pm, the doors were locked. The lady inside said, 'We are closed,' even though the posted timings clearly show 10 pm.
Terrible customer service, I order a hot caramel latte, medium size and I received an iced latte when I ask them to fix it they do it but they give me and the small size I asking this is the medium size and she said no you order an small latte so I think they don’t know how to take a simple order, but if they don’t know how to do it, I don’t know why they do it there!!!!
I went to this one and pulled up in the drive thru at 9:40pm. Online says closes at 10pm. After I sat for 5 mins they decided to put a boars in the window I guess indicating they were closed. I guess this Baskin Robbins just closes when they want
