Ordered shakes and single scoop from Uber and didn't receive my oreo scoop for my daughter. Not the first time ordered has either been messed up or order was missing an item like today. Problem is now I have to reorder another scoop and pay delivery again for this store's screw up. Going have to take business elsewhere since this location and the one on Belmont and Milwaukee does the same issues.

This location is a hit or miss. For starters, staff. I’m not sure if the hiring crew is choosing people with a blindfold on? But every time I go in there I genuinely question it. They’re all very bland. Just typical teens I guess. Next complaint is the fact that this location is ALWAYS out of stock on damn near everything it’s very annoying. I drove all the way to the store, then to be told that they only accept cash. After preparing the cash, I was only short a few cents, and I asked if they could still honor the order. The staff refused and insisted they could not accept debit, credit, or any other payment method besides cash. This was very frustrating and unprofessional. The ice cream was okay, but I noticed most of the tubs had a noticeable amount of ice in them — likely from the freezers, which had thick ice buildup along the walls. Ended up choosing my flavor based on which tub had the least amount of ice, which wasn’t ideal.
