The ice cream was okay, but I noticed most of the tubs had a noticeable amount of ice in them — likely from the freezers, which had thick ice buildup along the walls. Ended up choosing my flavor based on which tub had the least amount of ice, which wasn’t ideal.
I been going here for a while and never had a issue until just now. I made a online order, a bagel with cream cheese and hash browns. When I arrived i was told they dont have the bagel I wanted. I said no problem and chose what they had. I waited a while for my order and as soon as I got it i drove off quickly and when I seen my order I was so upset. I tasted nothing but bread. There was BARELY any cream cheese on there. If I had the time I would of went back but I didn't. Dunkin donuts/br you owe me.
