I drove all the way to the store, then to be told that they only accept cash. After preparing the cash, I was only short a few cents, and I asked if they could still honor the order. The staff refused and insisted they could not accept debit, credit, or any other payment method besides cash. This was very frustrating and unprofessional. The ice cream was okay, but I noticed most of the tubs had a noticeable amount of ice in them — likely from the freezers, which had thick ice buildup along the walls. Ended up choosing my flavor based on which tub had the least amount of ice, which wasn’t ideal.

I been going here for a while and never had a issue until just now. I made a online order, a bagel with cream cheese and hash browns. When I arrived i was told they dont have the bagel I wanted. I said no problem and chose what they had. I waited a while for my order and as soon as I got it i drove off quickly and when I seen my order I was so upset. I tasted nothing but bread. There was BARELY any cream cheese on there. If I had the time I would of went back but I didn't. Dunkin donuts/br you owe me.
