Ordered shakes and single scoop from Uber and didn't receive my oreo scoop for my daughter. Not the first time ordered has either been messed up or order was missing an item like today. Problem is now I have to reorder another scoop and pay delivery again for this store's screw up. Going have to take business elsewhere since this location and the one on Belmont and Milwaukee does the same issues.
This location is a hit or miss. For starters, staff. I’m not sure if the hiring crew is choosing people with a blindfold on? But every time I go in there I genuinely question it. They’re all very bland. Just typical teens I guess. Next complaint is the fact that this location is ALWAYS out of stock on damn near everything it’s very annoying.
