I ordered a shake. It came out as pretty much only milk. When I asked for a new one made, the worker was strangely irritated by it (I understand customer service is rough, and I'm usually on the side of customers getting humbled if it's deserved, but I, personally, didn't do anything to deserve the shaking head and scoffing). So, I ordered a banana split. Worker claimed, “we have no bananas so I’m not going to make that”, then denied my girlfriend service when I tried to change my order. Then, I had to drive back to the location after my girlfriend told me what happened, when a different employee found an entire stack of bananas and made the split. Absolutely weirdest experience at a BR ever. Like I get it, minimum wage ice cream shop during the graveyard shift? Not super fun.
