Worst experience I've ever had at a Baskin-Robbins! I ordered three milkshakes. The staff was uncoordinated and, frankly, some didn't seem sober enough to do their jobs. After being sent back and forth across the store by the different employees, I finally received three milkshakes that were basically milk and with the barest flavor of the shakes I'd ordered. We come to Baskin Robbins all the time with our kids, and it’s always a great experience. There’s a huge variety of flavors, so everyone finds something they love. The place is bright, friendly, and perfect for a quick treat or a little family outing. Always a favorite stop for us.
Overall, four stars. Service and food was pretty good! The atmosphere was still good, Just needs more work on
They told me they closed and hours say 8pm and it's 07:43pm. It was 7:37pm when I got here. Then on the app to get the free scoop she wouldn't let me redeem it. Good thing I had the welcome scoop coupon as well for my kids or they would've been sad.
