Some lazy workers at night !!
Refused to serve ice cream last night because they were cleaning the oven
I’ve ordered twice from them, and both times it was messed up. First time I got the wrong ice cream, second time they sent half the order. No one answers their phone when you call, so no way to fix the solution other than to travel to them.
Every time I go to this Dunkin they get my order wrong. Not just a little wrong either. I mobile order every time I go to Dunkin. There’s no way you can confuse the items I selected with any other. Today I had 2 iced coffees, 2 Boston Creams, 2 chocolate long johns, and a strawberry with sprinkles. 7 items. When I pulled up to the window the lady handed me my coffees and asked if I had any donuts on my order. I said yes!
