Came in to escape some summer heat only to be met with more heat at the door. The thermostat said 88°, while the AC said 65°. It’s very clearly broken and was incredibly uncomfortable. And to have minimum wage workers actually working in that heat is unacceptable.

Great staff but it's unbearably hot inside. your employees must me miserable in 90° heat inside an ice cream shop all day. Fix the AC asap

July 2026 Stale donuts No quality control. Ice cream was good. 8 years ago Runny chocolate sauce is not hot fudge. No quality control BR?

My boyfriend tried to order ice cream off of Uber eats the driver said they can't complete our order didn't give an explanation and then cancel the order.

Walked in 2 women behind counter. No one asked to help me, no one else in store. I went to counter and had to ask if someone could help me. The one without hair covering, looked at me blankly, so I repeated “can someone help me?” Very poor service. I asked for a hot fudge 3 scoop sundae, no we have not have strawberry topping, I left without ordering a 3 scoop sundae, 3 scoop waffle cone with chocolate and nuts, and a quart of ice cream, $25 sale lost, won’t go back to that location.
