Walked in 2 women behind counter. No one asked to help me, no one else in store. I went to counter and had to ask if someone could help me. The one without hair covering, looked at me blankly, so I repeated “can someone help me?” Very poor service. I asked for a hot fudge 3 scoop sundae, no we have not have strawberry topping, I left without ordering a 3 scoop sundae, 3 scoop waffle cone with chocolate and nuts, and a quart of ice cream, $25 sale lost, won’t go back to that location.
Horrible customer service! Man refused to make my cappuccino blast and told me to go someone else!!!
Daniel the manager offered amazing service and I will be back!
Man, Daniel was awesome. As soon as we walked through the door. His customer service was continuously top tier. I would enjoy being back in his presence. His hard work and efforts will definitely not go unnoticed.
