I went to this location for ice cream. I ended up waiting a really long time because both of the workers were working the Dunkin’ Donuts side drive through. The only reason they finally came to help me is because another man got in line behind me. I only wanted the pre-packed ice cream I waited 10 minutes for help, when I was the only person in line! When they finally went to give me the ice cream they had to take the chain and lock off the cooler. Do better or hire more people!!
Picked up a custom cake today. Christmas theme with chocolate cake and Jamoca ice cream. It is absolutely beautiful!! And tastes great too! Could not be happier. East to order, pick up was flawless. Manager was very proud of it, as he should be. Will be ordering more in the future! Thank you!!
Had A Superb coffee at Baskin Robbin’s at broadway was bit tired and cold so I said a Cashier Zainab to give me a coffee she made the best coffee with perfect quantity of sugar and cream. thank you so Much for your service Zainab.
Best BR/Dunkin ever!! The server closing tonight truly went so above and beyond for us. Honestly had such a great experience and such delicious ice cream. If you want a Dunkin/BR with exceptional service - come here! Cannot recommend enough, especially thanks to their incredible team!
