The Dunkin staff in the morning are always pleasant and friendly, however, recently I have been going to baskin for a evening ice cream with my boyfriend and on two separate occasions the young woman behind the counter has given us the worst attitude. The first time she ignored us for 5 minutes despite my boyfriend and I being the only customers in the store. Pésimo atención al cliente y encima mi cuenta era 17 dólares le pague con un billete de vente dólares y nunca me dio el cambio cuando me dio la bebida no me dio popote fueron los trabajadores de la noche

The woman helping me blew her nose but didn’t wash her hands with soap. She used water and I’m pretty sure it was cold. Why would anyone think it’s ok to serve food and not use soap??
