DONT GO HERE DONT DO IT LITERALLY FOOD SAFETY CONCERNS BC THE LABELS ARE WRONG Like other reviews have pointed out, do NOT get the ice cream cakes on god. They have a history of getting flavors wrong and you think you got the right one because the box says its what you ordered? Outrageous. The cashier lied and said they did not offer samples before making my final selections. I was confused because that is why they have sample spoons. He the agreed to sampling once I insisted politely. After choosing 4 items I asked to taste the sherbet as well and was denied. He said "no more samples!" I was shocked since I was preparing to pay for 4 items already. I again insisted and he said no. I left immediately without purchasing anything and will never return. The cashier charged extra for the cone of icecream then refused to fix it. The cashier was extremely rude. So did the manager. They were both extremely rude. Would not recommend

I have been here multiple times, and most recently I visited this place with a friend. We both got double scoops - one of cotton candy and icing on cake, and the other with winter white chocolate (it was also the flavor of the month) and chocolate fudge. All the flavors were very tasty! The pairing of the flavors was also very complementary! I am sure the next time I am in Chicago, I will get ice cream from here.
