Came here after a BTS concert. Two gentlemen were behind the counter busting balls to get orders out. They were very nice and did their absolute best to help everyone in a timely manner. To their management team: please heavily consider getting them extra help, as two people could barely handle the sheer volume of customers that walked the rough their door, about 20 people every 10 minutes. All though they were busy they were never once rude or short with customers.

The Mint Chocolate Chip and the Cookies and Cream were TOP STUFF 5 Star I really recommend also get the pint of ice cream

Just moved to the area and I took my gf and dog to get ice screamed. Robert was super helpful, patient and hospitable. It’s hard to get great service at places like these, especially late at night. We’ll definitely come back and hope he’s there. Thanks, Rob.

Visiting from out of town, I stopped by this store and bought ice cream for my son and myself. After we finished eating, I needed to use the restroom. I asked the staff if I could use it and was told the restroom was “out of order.”I then asked how staff members use the restroom if it’s out of order, and the employee told me they go next door.
