Just moved to the area and I took my gf and dog to get ice screamed. Robert was super helpful, patient and hospitable. It’s hard to get great service at places like these, especially late at night. We’ll definitely come back and hope he’s there. Thanks, Rob.

Visiting from out of town, I stopped by this store and bought ice cream for my son and myself. After we finished eating, I needed to use the restroom. I asked the staff if I could use it and was told the restroom was “out of order.”I then asked how staff members use the restroom if it’s out of order, and the employee told me they go next door. This place has taken the whole fun out of IceCream. Now management has you order ice cream from the south register and then wait for the cashier to go to another area to actually get the ixe cream but not before repeating the entire order over. I have been coming here for years. Place has gone downhill. Don't waste your money or time.
