This is the second time I've come to Baskin Robbins before 9pm and the door is locked. Its 8:07pm and the sign on door and Google says close at 9pm. Someone might be getting paid to do nothing. Just saying.
The lobby was filthy. Two young men work there. They were nice one was outside on his phone when I arrived and came to assist me and when right back out. Neither of them appeared to care about how nasty it appeared. I was waiting for a ride and wanted to get out out the heat. I had to find the cleanest place to sit. Not a good atmosphere or upkeep.
The big lady with red dreadlocks was very rude to my Spanish coworker for how he speaks, he knows English just has trouble with pronunciation.
Promised my daughter ice cream after a rough doctor's visit. Stood there for 10 minutes being ignored. Customer service 0/10
We were coming back from a long trip and specifically looked for a place that was open until 9:00 PM. We arrived at 8:25 PM, but the doors were already closed. The staff could clearly see us through the glass but completely ignored us. The drive-thru was closed as well. Very disappointed with the service. There were still 35 minutes before closing time.
