Rum Raisin ice cream is so good
Wouldn’t even get a cup of coffee here. The staff is incredibly dishonest and even higher up management doesn’t care to correct it. I ordered a cake that was basically old, stale, and rotten and I’d been calling for days about a resolution. The cake baker lied and said they spoke to me when they didn’t and the district manager took almost a week to even reach back out to me. The front staff also lied about having a general manager until I had to find out myself they didn’t even have one. I hope the franchise owner sees this ... read more
