So gooood
Ordered a bday cake with them and was told they would bring it to the Huntersville location. I arrived after the appointed time and the cake wasn’t there. No one could find the owners son who was supposed to bring it. FF an hour later and someone brought the cake to the Huntersville store. The cake tasted like trash. I asked for the owner to contact me and I received an email from the manager days later saying I could get a refund if I brought the cake back in tact. Never again!
I would have given this place 1 star if not for the pleasant young lady working the counter—she was the one bright spot. Unfortunately, half of the ice cream options were completely empty, including the flavor I came for, and my backup choices were gone too. On the donut side, the selection was just as disappointing—almost everything was sold out. Both the ice cream and donut offerings were severely limited. The only saving grace was the friendly and professional staff.
